Nottinghill:

Nottinghill is where i decided would be a cool contrast in my music video against the woods scenes. As my genre is electronic dance the most common conventions is vibernt colors and ravey funky vibes. I thought Nottinghill was a perfect place to film half of my music video there has it has a huge variety of the color scheme there. There where some colorful houses in a row which I thought was perfect to fit in my genre as well as the upbeat vibes, graffiti wall where I also filmed gave this edgy cool feel which is the typical conventions in my genre.

Pros:

• Great lighting when filming in the day
• Perfect codes and conventions of my genre
• Looked great within the song and video
• Colorful plate scheme

I didn't think there were any Cons of filming in Nottinghill

The Woods 

This location was a woods by my house, This is very I always had the idea to film my music video here as I thought it would fit the conventions of my genre perfectly. This is because its got a jungle feel to it which is a code for my electronic dance genre. I thought it would be great to film here as the light colored sparklers and confetti cannons would stand out a lot in contrasts to the trees in the background which would signify my genre more as the beat drop of the song goes on with this party feel. 

Pros:

• Fitted and showed conventions perfectly of the genre
• Suited the song and lyrics nicely
• Good contrast of colors

Cons:

• Shaded/lighting was difficult

Hardware:

The hardware i will be using to create my music video is my Laptop to edit and analysis scenes and shots. Using a Canon camera with battery and chip.
