The music video wildest dream, is an example of a narrative video. Based on two characters that had fallen love. When she then finds out he had been seeing someone else for a while. They synchronizes the shots and also create these fast passed cuts editing which makes sense with the story line. Throughout a long shot a we can see this is set in like a nature park and time period of maybe the 1940s to 1950s. Taylors character hair, red lipstick which is stereotypically the player of beauty although her character seems to be controversial to this belief. Also when she is singing about him we see a side shot of him wearing a red dressing gown. The red signifies a symbol of danger and blood which is how the audience is portraying him.

Avicii's music video for his song The Nights is a conceptual video due to the way the video is filmed and constructed to reflect the lyrics and meaning of the song. In this music video there are small but many aspects performance within, this is seen through the lip sync and camera shots with fast pace editing showing a reflection of life. This music video and song fits into the genre of pop due to the multiple flash and fast pace editing showing clips of his life and having fun. The audience can see him trying to spread and thoughts about living your life to its full potential, this is shown through the multiple clips of extreme sports ad life changing experiences. The music video actually starts with a narrative element to it. In the clips shown through out they are all hand held cameras to signify there risk in life and to make the audience feel as they are with them through there adventures full of adrenaline. The constant repetition of these rapid fun clips we see is to show the whole meaning of life how fun life can really be. At the end of the music video someone is spray painting the message of the music video onto a wall saying "Live a life you will remember" which caused this to be the repetitive image within the meaning of the song. The is also a repetition of age as it depicts the way in which Avicii wants and should live his life to the fullest as he his young, this is presenting young adults as being stereotypically reckless.

There are six different parts in this song that is very different from each other. They actually use different musical style such as rock, Ballard, or even opera. They did this is each different type of music they used they fitted it well with the style. The beginning of the song starts with an Capella of many multi track recordings, then showing the four members of queen in dim lighting lip syncing the lyrics. This sort of lighting shows us the mood which is this dull, slow style. I noticed that Mercury's head is more prominent to depict him as the main character of the video singing the main lyrics they did this to show and emphasis he is the main singer as the use of the other singers more in the background yet again signifying Mercury more important . The use of the low key lighting also is stereotypically fitting to the rock genre giving off this bleak feeling, as well as the electric instrument shown throughout the video. Then the lights fade which then cross faded to a close up of Freddie Mercury, they did this to make the music video look more mysterious. We can see throughout the music video the combination between both conceptual piece and performance piece, as the band are very clearly shown to be performing with surreal for why we know the narrative is following an ex drug addict as we get a feeling that he has been or is in rehabilitation and trying to change his life around. The lyrics in this music video also help to connotation with the use of effects from his recent drug addiction seems to be represented in this video and are clearly portrayed through a very distinct dark mysterious gothic style. This is seen through the demons that this recovered drug addict faces signifying through this representation of a demonic scary figure appearing from the darkness, which is the big representation of trying to convey the message of the ex drug addict relapses. The ladder also conveys this message as his is trying make himself better and over come this relapse. In this music video there are a variety of camera shots being used to reinforce and establish the typical conventions associated with the rock genre. The directors actually attempted to recreate the conventions of a rock genre through unconventional methods such as the bass guitars and drums, However the instruments are represented by the telephone wires being the guitars and a clock face being the drums.

There many close up shots of the artist when his singing to show his facial expressions and long shots showing location and setting and them dancing and singing which is signifier for pop genre. The fast pace editing keeping the video going sharply to create this smooth constant viewing of the artist.. The bright colour clothing and lighting showing that its happy and upbeat which is making it a relatable or a song that the consumers would like to listen to.
